1. EU customers now have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return items for any reason. Our existing policy is better as we provide a 90 day "no questions asked" guarantee on any X10 purchase price, so that will continue to be the case for EU customers, too. However, you will need to return the unused portion of the product you received (including any free gifts) to receive your refund and you are responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

2. If you wish to initiate a return and refund, simply use the form on the Contact Us page and indicate the necessary information: your name, order date and the details of the order you placed. We will reply within 2 working days, giving you our product return address; your refund will be initiated immediately on our receipt of your unused product.
